The Delaware County Fair hosts many outstanding events including five days of the best in harness racing capped off by the prestigious Little Brown Jug on Thursday as well as displays from 100’s of exhibitors and a full schedule of motor sports events in the motor sports complex ranging from demolition derbies to rough truck competitions. learn more

The aquatic center will close for the season on September 1st. Weekday hours beginning on August 20th will be 3pm -7pm and weekend hours will continue to be 11am – 8pm. Thanks to our community for making this a fun season!

Sometimes it is necessary to restrict or close parts of the roadway system to complete required improvements and safety is always our priority. We notify the local authorities and the press typically one week before closure and all work is weather permitting. The Delaware County District Library has a new project called Delaware County Veterans and Heroes, which seeks to gather, preserve and make accessible the experiences of all county veterans. The Orange Township Board of Trustees requires the registration and regulation of transient vendors or "door-to-door" sales in the Township. If a resident does not want to be solicited to, they can add their name to the Do Not Knock list which is provided to every transient vendor operating in the Township. To be added to the “Do Not Knock” registry, please follow the link below and add your address to the list. You will also receive a free 'Do Not Knock | No Vendors' sticker for your door or window.
